Lisa M. Moore Elected Vice President of The Conference

San Antonio, TX – Lisa M. More was elected as Vice President of The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards at the 104th annual convention held February 28-29, 2008, in San Antonio, Texas.

Moore was elected in 2003 to serve on The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards as Director of District 9, representing Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah. Ms. Moore was elected to serve as secretary and treasurer of The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards in 2007.

Ms. Moore has served as the Deputy Chief for the California Cemetery and Funeral Bureau for the past seven years. Prior to joining the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau, Moore worked for another regulatory bureau within the Department of Consumer Affairs for 15 years, managing very similar program activities and serving as the interim program administrator. She and her husband, Loren, have five children and reside in Lodi, California.

The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards is headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
