The Conference is sensitive to the privacy interests of examinees and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, The Conference has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about examinees that it acquires in the course of its business:

We collect information provided by the examinee, such as social security number, name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address), disability information (if requesting accommodations on an examination).

This information which is provided to us is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes and is only disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.
