There are two requirements for SBE secure online registration:

1. You must have an e-mail address.
Your e-mail is used to notify you that your application has been received and your credit card processed.

2. You must have a valid credit or debit card.
A valid credit/debit card allows you to pay for your examination fees online.

Your application and credit card information are submitted using a SECURE SERVER, so your information remains protected throughout the registration process. This is a secure and convenient way to register for the SBE.

Please note that by submitting the application, you are agreeing that you have read the appropriate State Board Applicaiton Brochure and agree to be bound by its the terms and conditions.

I hereby apply for the State Board Examination, which will serve to determine my proficiency in Funeral Service as set forth by the state board in which I am applying for licensure.
