Last call for anyone interested in applying to serve on the Standard Setting Committee! This committee, which is tasked with determining the passing standard for the National Board Exam, will have one in-person meeting within the first two weeks of October. For consideration, please submit your Committee Interest Form by this Wednesday, August 23, 2017. While this is a voluntary position, travel expenses are paid by The Conference. We are seeking licensees from across the country to participate and experience in exam development is not required, as training is provided.
- Passed the NBE
- Licensed as a funeral director and embalmer and in good standing
- Currently practicing in a funeral service establishment
- Able to meet in person for a 2-3 day meeting (will be scheduled for the first or second week in October)
