    4. Which section(s) of their NBE are being paid for with this submission. (Full NBE/Arts only/Sciences only).

    Payments received without required candidate details will be refunded (minus payment processing fees). If you have issues attaching details, please email annascott@theconferenceonline.org.

The Program, its faculty, employees, staff or others that may have Program education related contact with the candidate has not provided copyright protected National Board Examination (NBE) test item information to, nor solicited, asked for, or encouraged such candidates to provide NBE protected information to the Program. This bulk submission form allows the Program to submit exam fees for candidates to take the NBE. I have directed each candidate to read the candidate handbook, and watch the examination security video when they apply. I understand that each candidate agrees to the terms and conditions of the candidate handbook and examination security video by completing their examination application. I understand that the exam payment(s) submitted are valid for one year, after which the exam payment expires.
