In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies, Pearson will determine whether circumstances warrant the closure of a particular test center.

The exam will not be rescheduled if the test center location is open. You may contact the Pearson Customer Service Call Center at 1-800-709-0180 to determine if your test center is closed. In all cases, appointment changes are NOT permitted within 24 hours of a scheduled exam.

If an exam is canceled by Pearson, candidates scheduled for that center will be contacted by Pearson to reschedule another exam date. You will not incur any additional exam fees if your test is canceled by Pearson or The Conference for any reason.

Absences cannot be excused for traffic/transportation issues, late arrivals, or weather (unless the test center is closed).
