Annual Meeting Dates: February 26-27, 2025
Regulatory Board Service 101 (optional pre-meeting session): February 25, 2025
Administrators Forum (closed session for regulatory board staff only): February 25, 2025

Registration Fees
- ICFSEB Member/Associate Member Registration: $550; $500 for each additional registration from the same regulatory board/school.
- Non-Member Registration: $700
- Regulatory Board Service 101 (optional) Registration: $200
Registration deadline: 2/9/2025
Please note: any registration received after 2/9/2025 will be subject to a $100 late registration fee.

Reminders
- Registered attendees’ contact information will be shared with other attendees. If you do NOT want your contact information shared, please contact allie@theconferenceonline.org after registering.
- Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations (unless you are a delegate grant recipient). Reservations can be made with the Riviera Resort - Palm Springs via the online reservation link or phone number on the meeting landing page under "Hotel Information."

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days in advance of the meeting will receive a full refund (minus processing fees, unless payment was made by check).
- Cancellations received between 29 and 7 days before the event will receive a refund of 50% of paid registration fees.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund due to meeting commitments and deadlines.
