The following online registration form is for the upcoming 116th Annual Meeting in Palm Coast, Florida, February  19-20, 2020.  Registration forms submitted together from the same regulatory board or school will qualify for a discount. The first registration is $375 for ICFSEB members and all additional registrations will be $350. The non-member registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting is $475 per registration. Early bird fees expire after December 31, 2019.

Please note your contact information will be shared with other attendees. If you do NOT want your contact information shared, please contact The Conference Staff. Please remember that you are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Contact The Hammock Beach Resort before January 22, 2020,  via the online reservation page or at (877) 834-8862 for reservations. Mention you are with group name ICFSEB to ensure the guestroom rate of $179 (resort fee is waived for ICFSEB attendees).

If you are registering for the Board Member Training Session (February 18, 2020), please submit payment with your Annual Meeting registration. A registration form for the board training is required as well and can be found on the main Annual Meeting page (click the Board Member Training link).

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days in advance of the meeting will receive a full refund.
-Cancellations received between 29 and 7 days before the event will receive a refund minus a $100 administration fee.
-Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund due to meeting commitments and deadlines. However, meeting materials will be shipped to cancelled individuals after the meeting concludes.
