Board Member Training (optional pre-meeting session): February 28, 2023

Registration Fees
- ICFSEB Member/Associate Member Registration: $400; $350 for each additional registration from the same regulatory board/school.
- Non-Member Registration: $550
- Board Member Training (optional) Registration: $200

Reminders
- Registered attendees’ contact information will be shared with other attendees. If you do NOT want your contact information shared, please contact allie@theconferenceonline.org after registering.
- Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Reservations can be made with the Crowne Plaza Phoenix-Chandler Golf Resort before January 28, 2023, via the online reservation link or phone number below. Mention you are with group name “ICFSEB” to ensure the guestroom rate of $199. While resort fees may be displayed during the reservation process, they will be waived at time of check-in for ICFSEB guests.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days in advance of the meeting will receive a full refund (minus processing fees, unless payment was made by check).
- Cancellations received between 29 and 7 days before the event will receive a refund minus a $100 administration fee.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund due to meeting commitments and deadlines. However, meeting materials will be shipped to cancelled individuals after the meeting concludes.
