SBE Registration Form


Notifications:

Eligible candidates may sit for the SBE up to three times in a one year period. Please note, you must wait 30 days before taking a failed section of the SBE.


There are two requirements for SBE secure online registration:

1. You must have an e-mail address.
Your e-mail is used to notify you that your application has been received and your credit card processed.

2. You must have a valid credit or debit card.
A valid credit/debit card allows you to pay for your examination fees online.

Your application and credit card information are submitted using a SECURE SERVER, so your information remains protected throughout the registration process. This is a secure and convenient way to register for the SBE.

Please note that by submitting the application, you are agreeing that you have read the appropriate State Board Application Brochure and agree to be bound by its the terms and conditions.

I hereby apply for the State Board Examination, which will serve to determine my proficiency in Funeral Service as set forth by the state board in which I am applying for licensure.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the conduct of this examination, the certification procedures, and to accept the results as evidence of my knowledge of Funeral Service for the review of any governmental licensing agency for the funeral service profession.

I hereby authorize the release of my scores and certification of passage to the state in which I am applying.

I hereby acknowledge I have read the candidate handook and watched the exam security video and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.

I understand that my name and address may be provided to the state in which I am taking the exam if it is required by that state.

The Conference Board of Directors reserves the right to require candidates found to have violated the policies and/or procedures regarding access to and administration of the exam program to seek and receive permission from the relevant member board before further access to such exam program.
