FAYETTEVILLE, AR – The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards is proud to announce a five-year contract extension with Pearson VUE, a global leader in computer-based testing.
The renewal extends a long-term partnership between the two entities. Pearson VUE has been the sole provider of The Conference’s online exam administration since the organization shifted to computer-based testing in 2006.
“We are honored and delighted that the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards (The Conference) has placed its trust in us and has renewed our partnership for a further five years,” said Eric D’Astolfo, Vice President of Business Development, Pearson VUE. “We remain fully committed to supporting The Conference’s strategic focus by expanding our security services to further protect the integrity of its licensure examination programs.”
The Conference and Pearson VUE combined to administer more than 6,000 exams in 2023. The decision to extend the contract with Pearson VUE underscores ICFSEB’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of competence and ethical conduct within the funeral service profession.
